I have been in supervision through most of my time in ministry and so have experienced a number of different styles of supervision. My ministry experience includes: serving in city and rural parishes, Ordained, Lay and Youth ministry. My approach is to provide a safe space for people, separate from their local ministry setting, to share their joys and frustrations in ministry for reflection and to gain a new vision of them. My view is towards the whole person, looking at the impact of any situation on one’s health and well-being, ministry, and spiritual life.
I am married. Miranda and I have two adult Children.
